Why you are qualified and what particular gifts you possess for this position: Having owned my life insurance and financial planning agency for 43 years and served on local, regional and national levels in this industry. Together with my church and community involvement, I understand many of the needs the seminary is facing. I would be honored to serve my church in this capacity if elected.

Why you are qualified and what particular gifts you possess for this position: With age I have found out that listening to the Holy Spirit provides me with better guidance than what I used to find within myself. As a long-term church member and graduate of a Lutheran college, I feel that I have some background that would help me understand the mission of the Seminary and be of service in supporting that mission.

Why you are qualified and what particular gifts you possess for this position: I have served on the Board for the past 4 years and currently serve as Board Secretary and sit on the Executive Committee and the Academic Affairs Committee. I have a deep love for Trinity, and seminary education in the ELCA. I hope to continue to serve the church through this board.
