Purpose

China Service Ventures (CSV) is committed to fostering mutually enriching relationships between Christian communities in North America and communities in China. CSV strives to do this through congregations, groups and individuals who share this purpose by means of:

  • Prayer and study on China
  • Exchange of resources and personnel which further this goal
  • Projects to benefit the Chinese people, including those in the United States
  • Mutual edification of Christians in China and the United States

Background

A group of people who have had a long association with China gathered in 1997 to share interests and concerns. They desired that Christian communities in the United States have direct and enriching relationships with the people of China. CSV grew from this group.
